The pricing database can combine historical aggregates, exact part identities, and public market observations. It prefers exact model or part-number evidence and keeps low-confidence results out of the reliable total.

Historical used-market data can be incorporated from Get PC Parts under its published CC BY 4.0 attribution terms where included in the local collector snapshot.
BuildCores OpenDB
BuildCores OpenDB can be used as a structured component identity/catalog source. Its data is provided under ODC Attribution (ODC-By) 1.0. PC Dyno does not treat BuildCores as a source of retailer pricing.
Optional lookup sources
The local collector can optionally use UPCitemdb and SerpApi when configured. Those sources provide product/offer discovery; active asking prices are not represented as confirmed sold transactions.
Public market observations
Supported crawlers can retain minimal public market facts such as component title, price, condition/status, listing URL, and observation time. Seller contact details are not needed for PC Dyno's component estimates and are not part of the pricing model.
